FAQ

Are there washrooms on-site?

There will be public portable washrooms available for use during the event, along with wash stations.

Will there be food available?

Yes, food will be available for purchase at food trucks on-site.

Are Dogs Allowed?

Dogs are NOT permitted at the event for safety reasons and due to potential wildlife in the forest. (Service dogs are NOT exempt from this restriction.)

Is there a shuttle service to get into the event?

Yes, shuttles are provided from the public parking lot to the registration (less than 5-minute shuttle). There are also hotel shuttles available, but passes ($50) must be pre-ordered at time of registration.

Can I register on-site when I get there?

It is strongly recommened to pre-register online before the event to ensure ease of entry and eliminate long wait times. To register now, use the link in our bio. The cost to pre-register is $40.00CAD for one day & $60.00CAD for three days. (The cost of registration will increase at the door to $60.00 CAD for one-day and $80.00 CAD for three-day.)

Is the show accessible?

DEMO International takes place inside the forest-region of Venosta, Quebec, meaning all walking paths will be made up of dirt roads. With the show floor being largely uneven terrain, we advise those with limited mobility to plan accordingly.

What happens if it rains?

This is a rain or shine event. Please plan according to the weather to ensure you have proper clothing.

Are children allowed?

The registration age for DEMO International is 18 years old. Youth aged 17 and under may enter free of charge with an adult companion and will not require a badge.

Where do I park?

There is plenty of on-site parking on site in our designated agricutural field space.

Do I have to wear PPE?

The demonstrations are set up at a safe distance that visitors are not required to wear personal protective equipment.
